Hi,
I had ordered mosquito nets in zotezo.com. They had advertised that its buy 1 and get another free. The order & invoice mentioned 2 mosquito nets for Rs.1698. But the consignment sent contained only 1 mosquito net in it, though it was mentioned as 2 in the invoice sent along with the consignment.
I tried calling their customer care number multiple times with none picking up the call and also automatic recorded message that they are off for Dasara.
I sent 3 emails to customer service. They didn’t get bounced, but there was no response.
Zotezo is cheating customers by promising wrong offers and also does not care for customers.
Please do not order anything on zotezo.com.
I do not know how to persue this fight against this cheating.
