I had ordered for Tide Plus Talcum Freshness Detergent Powder 4 Kg + 1Kg pack (3 pack) on dated 19 th Feb 2017 and up to Feb 22 2017 pending status was showing in my account. I am chasing their customer care from past 12 days. I didn’t get even a chance to speak to their representative, they themselves disconnect the call without connecting. Due to delay I don’t need this product anymore Therefore I request from Zotezo to kindly cancel and refund my money. I had already cancel the order on 22 Feb 2017 but still they don’t show any response in this regard. Below is the detail of my order :
