zotezo.com – Non delivery of ordered products or refund after cancellation request

Order placed on Jan 26, 2016 and payment made online, is yet t be delivered. The comany does not respond to emails or phone calls.
Despite repeated requests to cancel the order and refund amount paid by me, the company has not refunded amount payable to me.
Pl arrange to refund immediately failing which I may be constrained to highlight my plight to electronic and press media as also approach Consumer Court seeking compensation, which would be at your risk and cost.
