ZOTEZO.COM – Non Delivery of product

I have ordered products on Zotezo.com on 28th Feb 2016, i have made the payment and received the order copy (Order #100017368). It was mentioned that product will be delivered in 7 days but 2 weeks over still i have not received products. I tried reaching them via email and also tried calling on the customer care number, but no response to my emails and no one take calls on customer care number.
Please help me to recover my money, this is online fraud Zotezo is giving adv in Sunday times and take money but not delivering products.
