On 10th March 2017 at around 7.30 P.m i received a packet from a courier guy which was completely packed.I opened it up there was one mushroom lamp inside but when i saw the invoice it was mentioned that the packet has an ear wax cleaner and mushroom night lamp both from qubeplex.i immediately called Zotezo customer care no. 081000 07777 but the number is not reachable till now so i immediately called the other number mentioned of miss Sonia from qubeplex on invoice and told her whatever happened.She told me to WhatsApp her the pictures of the invoice and packing and details about the problem and assured me the resolution but when i called her next day she stopped picking up my call nor even replied my WhatsApp messages.

So i would request you to take immediate action against Zotezo and qubeplex exim llp
