I had placed an order with Zotezo (order no. 100002193) on 30th November, 2015 for Rs 1,991/- (online payment). After receiving no updates for about ten days, I wrote to them on 9th December, 2015 but no response was given. Been trying their customer care numbers since then and no calls have been attended. Its been more then three weeks now that I placed my order. Kindly look into this as I have no other option but to raise my concern with the appropriate authorities.
