Very bad service of Zotezo. Very difficult to contact customer care. Phone just put on hold for quite a long time and then disconnect. I have received the Courier waybill number of Aramex but according to them, the product is not delivered to them and asked to contact Zotezo. Order No.100067439-1
my order no is 100054888 at 12dec2016 not deliver
My order no is 100046696 dt 31Oct16. No communication recd so far.Spoke with your customer agent today.Good to know that you have such agents ,was nice and courteous.Having plawced the order on COD,please check on the corruption in the order, since the agent said that the same was on bank transfer of monies, which has not taken plaice and that he would check with you’re accounts and proceed.thanksplease send the order on COD.
100002170 order not deliver 16/11/2016 book
My order # 100043301 at zotezo.com placed on 16.10.2016 still not received. Nobody has come to deliver the items at my address. If they say so, telling lie.
Regret to inform that order no.100045486 placed on 26th October ,2016 till date not delivered
