This online shopping company is a total fraud. I had ordered four body care items out of which only two were delivered and that too after a long delay. Their helpline number is not answered. If we register our complaint on their help desk, the same is not answered. Such companies should be debarred from doing business. TOI should caution the public about the activities of such companies rather than publishing full page promotional ads on the first page. I strongly believe that this company must be having a ploy similar to the Nigerian scam where they collect money and cheat people. The photos of it’s promoters should be displayed in all police stations and newspapers.
