This website is totally fraud. I wish I could sue down this website. I have ordered items worth 990 Rs on 10 Oct 2015. Having said that the standard delivery would be within 3-7 working days, yet I didnt receive my order. Despite many follow-ups through emails they did respond me. The displayed mobile no. th website says switched off. Some how I got the landline no. of the webiste by doing Google. I contacted and a lady received the call. She said that my refund would be intiated if I was not delivered the product on Saturday (17 Oct 2015) morning. Later I tried calling them to the same landline no. but no one was answering the call. Totally annoyed with this website. Im not going to leave this website people!

After contacting, Fedex say that they were not able to track the shipment and they lost it. Fedex contacted Zotezo.com and asked to fill up and provide the claim form. But they have not done yet and also there is no response from zotezo.com.
it looks like they shut down the shop as there is no response from [email protected]
and the number for customer care is saying they are still celebrating Dussera.
it seems to be BIG FRUAD ,and it looks like neo retail Kolkata had made big bucks without delivering the products
