The Zotezo guys do not even deserve a 1 star as their service is the most pathetic i have encountered. I had ordered a juicer vide order no: 100020913 on 18th March with the delivery details as in 6-8 days. I wanted it to be gifted it to my aunt who had visited us for a few days. The product has still not been delivered and they do not have the decency to even reply to a high priority ticket i had raised on their website.

Moreover as they did not have a cash on delivery option available i had paid the whole amount through online payment.

Please do not buy any stuff from their website as you will be at a loss
