zotezo – Ordered material not received despite payment made through credit card

After seeing Ad in Times of India I have ordered two products vide no.55744 and 55745 on 1st October, 2015 but till date no status known. Company toll free no. most of time busy or whenever ring goes it remains unattended. I have ordered products worth Rs.1000/-

    I ORDERED Johnson & Johnson OneTouch UltraEasy Blood Glucose Monitor FROM ZOTEGO ON 17TH MARCH 2016 & PAID Rs 899.00 THROUGH NET BANKING. ZOTEZO ORDER NO: 100020847.
    ITS TOLL FREE NUMBER IS NOT CORRECT. I INFORMED COMPANY HELP DESK ALSO BUT NO RESPONSE.PLEASE HELP.

    I too purchased Steam Iron through Zotego after reading TOI Ad. They delivered faulty product. Now they are not replying and attending any calls. Pls. suggest.
