Hi Team,

I have placed an Order for purchasing Herbal Capsules with the online shopping site Zotezo during Feb-2016 but they are not processing the order till now and the refund request placed in Customer service page is also not accepted / opened for review.

I doubt that this site is cheating me with the payment I made through Credit card.

Can you please help me to raise a complaint against Zotezo and recovery the money back from them.
