Zouk Bags – Refusal for Replacement / Refund

I recently ordered a handbag from Zouk, and I’m happy with the purchase. I saw pictures of the laptop bag on their website and decided to place another order based on the brand’s quality and value.

But when I got the bag, I realized that it didn’t live up to my expectations and that the pictures didn’t really represent the product.

I therefore emailed the team to ask about options for returns, replacements, or refunds because I couldn’t find any information of that kind on their website.

I was shocked to learn that the brand had no such policies in an email I received from them. This shocked and disappointed me as a customer.

I’m reaching out to the team as much as I can, and I’d be happy to take a substitute bag, but I’m not hearing back from them.

To make matters worse, I keep getting reminders to read the return policy, which adds to the frustration of this situation.
