I paid 3300 for a scrub suit from Zubito Scrub Suit online, but the products haven’t arrived yet.
I want my cash returned.
Zubito seems to be a scam business because no one is answering my calls or responding to my texts.
They said they would customize and send me scrub suits, but they have since stopped responding. They are based in Tamil Nadu.
They sent me so many scrub options that I assumed they were a legitimate brand.
However, I believe that I was mistaken. They deceive people by offering them a variety of scrub suit options, then after receiving their order, they demand payment in advance and refuse to offer a COD option.
Please assist me.They told me you will receive the product ten days after making the payment. I have been waiting for a suitable response from them for over 20 days.
They claim it was sent out before 5 days, but they won’t provide the name of the courier, and the package hasn’t arrived yet.
