I ordered Apple IPhone 6s Rose gold 64 GB at Zuker.in on 12th January. Got this merchant link from Junglee.com. It has been 15 days now and I have not received my product worth Rs. 46171/-. The money has been deducted from my credit card. Address given on junglee.com of the merchant in Gurgaon (Civil Lines) is fake. The customer care phone number is switched off. Online chat which was earlier available is off. On 18th I got a mail that product shipped and delivery within 72 hours. They promised to send a tracking number the same day but nothing came. Pl help me get back my money. Reviews posted on trust pilot.com seem fake. I even contacted EBS but no help.
