I had ordered a iPhone 5s on 12th Jan from zuker.in. I got a note from them on 18th Jan that the product was shipped and it will take 48 to 73 hrs. How ever till date I have not received any product. Their customer contact mail link as well as mobile numbers are non responsive. I have paid about 20500+ for the mobile online.

Request help in kindly enabling delivery
