I have purchased one artificial jewelry via on line through snap deal Invoice No. S708C7/1000132 dated 17 Aug 17 in a damaged condition.After raising complaint the item was picked up in five days,and the item was sent to me in same condition.The delivery person told me to raise pick up once again.This time i made a request for refund my money.So far neither the message has come for pick up of item nor the refund of money.Please see to it.
