Ordered on 12/28/2018 (transaction done on debit card thru Bank of Social Circle/Madison ($79.90) cleared on 01/01/2019. Produckt not received to date.
Still haven’t received my grill and its July 31st 2019 ordered January 1st 2019! Beyond pissed.
The company received my money but I never got the grill .
SAME HERE ORDERED 2 –> 36″ GRILLS SINCE 1-6-2019 AND NEVER RECEIVED IT , I HAVE SEND MANY EMAILS WITH NO RESPOND, HOW DO WE REPORT TO FACEBOOK, TOOK MY MONEY. WHEN I STILL CAN GET INTO THE WEB IT SAID WILL SEND IN jUNE, NOW CAN’T GET INTO THERE WEB THIS WAS IN UK
Same here—-ordered 01/07/19—received email but NO GRILL!!! Arrest these crooks asap and make them refund everyone they scammed! Shame on you Facebook!!!!

Scam scam scam after numerous emails to refund my mo ey as i did not recieve the grill! I was then sent a watch in the mail! After asking about returning the wrong item there is a charge to return, Scam scamscam
whow im not the only one that got ripped off. I tryed there phone number but its no good. I got there
address and found that they are supposed to be located in London England. the township or district is
westminister. I tried long distance info and cant tell me anything. we need to find someone rthat lives there
and maybe they can tell us somethong
Ordered grill Jan 12th 2018 they took money off of my credit card and still no grill as of March 13th 2019, sent many emails and get the same email from them back that my card was declined but yet it showes them taking the money out
I have waited two months and still no grill, just automated messages that do nothing!

I was taken by these folks too. Ordered on 1/15/19. Never received it. Sent to emails at different times asking about it and all I got was an informational response they send out implying that I did something wrong. Am calling my credit card company today
I got a night in the mail instead of my flat top grill. anyone that has had any transactions with this place call you credit card company asap. I have been reimbursed.

Agree with all the complaints- same thing- canned response- no action. Upset that Facebook takes no action with all the complaints lodged.
Unfortunately my husband and I not only ordered the Blackstone Griddle but a Dewalt Saw on Jan 1, 2019. Our account was debited but still have not received the merchandise. I wrote to the company and received a canned response regarding shipping times. I wrote back again since it is well past the 2 weeks delivery time and the emails came back as undeliverable.
Over 2 months still no grill & generic emails,calling credit card to see if I can get back my cash
I also ordered the grill in January never received oh I did just receive a computer light which I can buy in any store for $1 most company’s give them away for free as advertising. Wrote back to the company and they say they will gladly only refund half of the price I paid do not use this company and Facebook should vet their ads (company) before they let them on people’s feed

Also ordered the griddle on January 2nd. On my invoice it said order added February 2, 2019. I keep emailng, they keep sending robot responses.

I agree does anybody know the appropriate law enforcement dept. in London, England. My bank is also
investigating these thieves as I also filed a dispute. I am thinking of calling the FBI and reporting this.

Ordered 1/12/19. Card charged and nothing received to date. Filing on my credit card as fraud! Very disappointed in FB for advertising like this.
Ordered mine 1-6 2019. took my money now they tell me o 2-2-2019 7-15 days delivery. well nothing. emailed today but also have a number to call. will try ti figure out international phone calling.. if no avail tomorrow, will go to bank as i used a credit card for protection.
Ordered on Jan 2, 2019, they billed me on Jan 4th and then never shipped. Asked them about 8 times via email where my grill was and just got back robo-email saying the same thing (nothing). Same grill is for sale at Walmart for $247 + tax. Reported them to the bank where my card is and they are filing a fraud charge and will give me my money back. If you saw them advertized on FB from “SuperShop” figure out a way to report them for fraud to FB.

I ordered mine on 01-06-19 and it still has not arrived. I have sent them at least 6 e-mails with no response.
Somebody needs to investigate this company and shut them down. I ordered the grill on 1-11-19 and have not receive the product but they took my money. Sent them an email but they sent me 3 stupid questions to answer and each email after that was the same stupid questions. Requested money to be refunded but they sent me the same 3 stupid questions again. This company site needs to be investigated and shut down

my wife ordered one of the Griddles on 12/31/2018 , Supershop took their money on 01/01/2019. and nothing even wrote to Facebook since it was in their site and no response from them either
I also reported them to Facebook and got no response. Isn’t there a government agency we can make
aware of them. Apparently this company is in London, England if that is even true. I have emailed them
and no response. It’s a shame there are such rotten people in this world to get money by cheating others.

GRILL ORDERED ON 12/31/2018. NO GRILL AND THEY KEEP SENDING MESSAGES THAT ARE AUTOMATED. I AM DISPUTING THE CHARGE AND GOING TO TAKE ACTION.
Everyone should be concerned about Facebook and their inability to not investigate their advertisers

Total scam. My experience was the same. Paid, account debited, followed up four times via email and only received the automated response. I only ordered it because their website originally displayed an address 30 miles from me. Every other contact and the company site displays one in GB.

Order 1 36″ Blackstone Griddle 12/31/2018 and used Visa Credit Card ending 1269 and have not received the product. If I do not hear from you in 2 days I will take action.

Dispute it with your credit card company. Let them know you were scammed.
