I had an application in Portugal with and offer work which I paid 10,000 aed and a remaining payment once arrived 6,000 aed . since May 2022 but until now they keep promising.
My application was decline / visa decline by immigration adviser due to minimum offer as per labour laws in Portugal and as well as I’m overqualified. That time they said my cv is perfect and it’s fine as per immigartion lawyer in Portugal .but to my surprise and I do cancellation of current work as they telling me a big LIE that sure we get work visa , I resigned to my current job <( dubai uae ) visa residence cancelled ,.They said they will reappeal and I wait till now , nothing happens , I was so stress , physically and mentally as the money I paid was a borrow money with interest .
They giving false hopes. And said we will apply again when there is and appointment from vfs . And finger print in Portugal don’t have schedule .
We will contact you once there is schedule. Now I’m telling them 1 year ago please give me my money back as it is a hard earned money . For 1 year I’m working .
They keep insisting that they’ve done there part giving offer and pass to embassy . It’s not there fault while saying to me that In case there visa decline
We will help you for free to other country, which they did and asking again 16,000 aed . As it is australia .
How I trust again ? So I decline . And wait till now , I make a review in goggle and mr Denzil send me by mail that the contract was void as I’m doing reviews in social media as my rights as consumer . That is my actual situation and given my money and they don’t want to return back . Giving false hopes. Mentally and physically I was not okey for the big money that they don’t want to return .
