Sir, As i was paid Rs.699/- and participated online draw for mobile phone on 20.05.2014 and i received a call from Mr. Srikanth sales executive 100 Bestbuy asked me to pay Rs.14,999/- for tax for the winning products worth more than Rs.70,000/- I asked many questions and then paid Rs.14,999/- by online. Thereafter i did not received any call or mail update regarding draw and winnings, but the representative who promised me that detailed mail will be sent on 21.05.14 and you may receive call from our concern and he had given his mobile number for further assistance. But Mr. Srikanth ignored my calls then i cancelled my order and requested for refund, then i called directly to the customer support and placed complaint for refund. Several mails sent by me and they were not replied any mail for me, now i concluded that, they are not genuine and they wanted to cheat me, many times i called to customer care no one has answer proper.
