i order for 5 shirts and paid rs 1799/- through netbanking on jan 2014 ,till date i had not recieved product from
best buy.com. Several times i talk to customer care they said due to wrong address courier people not able to deliver the product and we sent by 1 week each and every time , i am not received product.They are just cheating the people,please take action against them.
