I got a call from 24 shopping bazaar and told me that this is a credit card offers provider that I will get 20% cashback on every purchase which I will make and as describing the offer details they asked for a fee of Rs6900 to activate this which will be debited from your credit card and so I activated and also I received a welcome kit which are broken cheap products and then I called the customer care to enquire about this cashback they are saying cashback we told is Upto 20% not 20% but I have a clear recorded evidence of the girl and the offers described by them which have called me I am very much stressed upset due to these kind of cheaters I want to punish them by implementing a huge amount of fine on them for this kind of activities
so help me out how to do
