They sold me a course on video editing, and when they offered me the chance to buy Adobe Photoshop in an email, I decided to get a low version for Rs. 849+Rs. 350.
They delayed responding when I texted them.
They disconnected the call when I called them.
After convincing ignorer to take the course and refund the initial amount, I eventually received a response explaining that I had purchased the incorrect version of the software package and that they had already instructed me to buy the Rs. 899 one. However, after paying the 899 rupees, no email confirmation or userid or password were generated.
They claim that their advisor will call you when prompted.
