I made a purchase on February 9th, 2023, and the payment through PayU was successful.
But, they cancelled the transaction, claiming they hadn’t received payment, didn’t respond to my email, and couldn’t be reached at the phone listed on the website.
I’ve filed a formal complaint with the grievance office against them.
Purchases from ACTSOFTWARE.NET should be avoided.
They are scammers
