As I have paid Rs. 699 on July 2022 via order number 52667 to purchase MS office 2021. They sent me a link to download and activation key. But after downloading and extracting as per their instruction, I am unable to install it. I have windows 10 OS in my laptop.
I had sent them email for support with screenshot of my problem many times, but have not got any solution from them.
