Any idea about the the current legal proceeding against Adel Landmarks and its directors? We registered a flat in phase 3 in March 2011 and our BBA is also done but construction is yet to start and there is no concrete response from this fraud company. last info i have about case in Chandigarh High Court against its directors and SEBI asking the company to refund Rs 1000 crores to investors in 3 months last year. But there is no update since then.
