Me too had booked a plot in Era Green world Sector- 8, Palval, and had deposit 90% of basic value and 100% of EDC/IDC (Development Charges). And did not get any response from anywhere. means not from Era nor from our systems.
Palwal property already put on e-auction by IFCI. What will happen to investors money. Should we approach court for stay against e-auction? IFCI should also have due diligence while granting loan to ADEL. So IFCI is also at fault
