Dear Sir / Madam,
Myself Naresh Kumar (M.No. 9911819140) booked a flat as pre launch in upcoming project in Sector-5, Palwal, Faridabad (Haryana) of M/S Adel Landmarks ltd. formerly Era landmarks ltd. in November 2012. Booking amount plus two emi total 5 lac amount paid.
But the Builder failed in launching the project due to some approvals / noc not granted by Govt.
Builder and Dealer both told us again and again that it will be launched in 2 – 3 month but not launched till now.
After 2 yrs in Nov’14 they advise us for apply cancellation of registration for allotment and assure to refund the payment amount.
But they did not turn back and we filed a case in Permanent Lok Adalat for Public Utility Services, Court case no. 1177, in Palwal, Haryana.
Decision was awarded on date 5/5/16 in our favor and Court ordered Builder to pay our money with interest rate of 9%.
But Builder did not turn up, after 3 month we filed execution case on basic of the court’s order. But from last two dates they are not responding to court. And also our Lawyer is not giving any satisfactory answer.

Kindly take action against M/s Adel Landmarks Ltd. or advise suitable action.
