I have requested for a loan amount of 50,000/- via the app and I was requested to make a payment of 1000/- to have the loan disbursed. I have made the payment and have received the confirmation on the app of the transaction been successful but I have not received the amount or any update post that I have tried reaching out to their customer service but no response

I have applied loan in IndiaAi credit app of Rs. 50,000/-. Immediately they have approved and asking me to deposit 2500 as processing fees. Then they told that you have updatef your account number wrongly so for changing that you have to send 10000 & this will be refunded along with your loan in 10mins. After that they again telling me to pay 12000 & it will be also refunded along with loan..
Finelly they asked me to send payslip to check my repayment ability.. After sending that they said me to pay 2 months emi that would be around 17,600/-. Here I have denied to pay.
Total I have made 22500 . But they have not send money and continouslt asking money.
Request to please help.
I have also applied for Rs 50,000/ and they ask me to pay membership charge & processing fees(750+2500) which i paid but still did not received load amount. They told me to pay additional 10K to unfreeze my loan which i denied. Now they are saying that if i don’t unfreeze my load, won’t ne able to cancel my load application and i have to pay all the installment for applied load. Can you please confirm me when you denied to pay, did you have to pay for any installment for applied loan in corresponding months.
