I had applied for a loan of Rs 50000/- it said the application has approved my loan and when asked for disbursing the amount the customer care requested to pay 2500/- as the processing fees then later they kept on asking for money on different occasions. Now in all I have paid about 50500/- from my end for a loan of 50000/-. Still I have not received the loan amount nor when I ask for refund they are asking me to pay more 25000/-. Due to this application I am totally screwed and in a bankrupt situation. I really am suffering a lot due to this and request you to grant me the refund of my paid amounts ASAP. I have tried connecting to the customer care whatsapp number as well but am not able to connect and no messages as well. They are ignoring my messages and would request you to please do something about this urgent.
