AirAsia – Refund not provided

Due to Covid-19, we couldn’t travel and the entire amount was credited back to my Air Asia account.
I rebooked tickets in October (12th April’20 – Booking Number – R65W3N) & consumed 8,506 INR from my Air Asia account. I still had 6382/ balance in my account which I’m looking for a refund since March.
I have placed multiple requests on calls, emails, but there has been no response.
I have filled online form which came from Air Asia email and updated my bank details and have shared on the email in the same email trail too.

* Write AirAsia in company name section and write your complaint in detail
* Enter your personal information (email will not be published)
* Get refund / replacement / damages from AirAsia.
