We had booked a return ticket to Bali from Mumbai stop over at Kuala Lumpur.
Due to the volcanic activity we were stranded at Kuala Lumpur, no accommodation was provided by air Asia and we had to stay at the airport for 2days.
After two days we got a flight back to Mumbai.

Now aid Asia is not even providing us the refund of the journey.
