I booked 4 air asia tickets via cleartrip.
Air asia canceled the flight because of which I canceled 2 pax.

The plan was modified so that 2 pax were supposed to travel.

Without informing us, Air Asia canceled all 4 tickets. We were not given any call or email confirmation about this.

We were denied web checkin. As of 22 Nov 2016, 1:33am, neither cleartrip nor air asia are willing to accept responsibility for the cancelation which happened by error.
