Aircel – Cheating the Customers with false information

This is Harish from Chennai. I have been using Aircel Postpaid (279/- pack) for the past few months. on 15th June 2014, i requested to activate 198 Rs 3G internet pack. They said it will activate on 17th June 2014. The next day i called them to deactivate the plan as i don’t want internet and i asked them to take the money as per pro-rata. They said they will deduct 6 rs as per pro-rata per day. I was okay with the deal of 6 Rs. Again i called on 17th to know the status of the deactivation and they said they have taken the request already but unable to provide the status due to system down (Not My problem). And when i call again on 19th June 2014, they said no one has taken the request for deactivation. So i requested them to take the request again for deactivation and they have taken the request and its number is 1-15985573686.Thy said it will deactivate in 24 hours. When i check today, it was not deactivated and when i call again today (22nd June 2014) to know the status for the request, they said the request was taken for some other pack but not for the requested one(This is also not my problem). Now i requested again to deactivate the 3G pack as of today. they have taken the request again and the request number is 1-16014920491.

One thing which we have to notice is, i called 8 times in 3 days raise a request and to check the status. Till now no resolution/action was taken and the amount is listed in my usage service.Due to this outgoing call facility was barred for one day to me. I would request you do the justice to me and also im looking for a compensation of 1000000 Rs as fine for cheating the people and for not providing the quality service and also for deducting the money for the service which i have not been used.

Please do the needful as early as Possible
