I have ordered Linno Perros HandBag. The product delivered wasn’t supervised before sending. The Bag zip wasn’t in it’s place and the edge of the zip wasn’t even stitched. When I asked for refund of my money the customer executive told me that as per their AJIO policy they can’t refund. But they will return it in form of Store Credits. Which wasn’t desired by me. Again I ordered the same product and the results were still the same. Again I received the defective hand Purse and it is taking lump some time for return and seems like money is stuck in AJIO. First time I have come across such bad site who is not willing to provide good service, product and neither willing to refund the money to bank account even post accepting cash on delivery or online transfer. This site is also destroying brand name like Lino Perros by not providing good quality product.
