In November 2022, I asked for the order to be cancelled due to a size discrepancy, and I’ve been following up for pickup and a refund ever since.
They want us to email them the problem along with images of the clothing, but all we get are automated responses promising a 48-hour resolution.
I strongly advise against doing business with Ajio since they don’t keep their promises.
With other reputable e-commerce businesses, I never encountered any problems.
They intend to drag out the situation without coming to a conclusion while they wait for us to lose patience and your money.
