This is in reference with Flat no E-710, Ajnara Integrity, Raj Nagar Extension, NH-58, Ghaziabad, UP. I got the possession in April’15 and since then I am complaining about the termite infected door frame but no action is being taken by your team. All other wooden items will get damaged and the management is not listening about it. I talked to Mr. Robin who is responsible for possessions but he always delays the issue and now its about 3 months, so i am forced to write a compliant.
