Booked a 1625 sq ft flat in A-Tower in May 2012…Possession was in December 2013 + Grace Period of 6 months i.e. up to June 2014…Now it is March 2016…NO POSSESSION TILL DATE…Blunder from my side for choosing this project in NCR..highly disappointed & feel cheated…Already paid around 44 lacs to these people…in a great fix due to the payment of home loan installment as well as rent for my present place of residing in Delhi.Still in DARK and no consolidate communication regarding the offer of possession.
