My booking of unit no o-1803 at project ajnara grand heritage has been cancelled. I have been informed on january 2017 that my refund amount is ready and i may collect the cheque from company office. Since, i am residing in rajkot and can not collect cheque in person, i requested for transferring the amount through rtgs in my account for which i have sent a copy of cancelled cheque with my account details. I have been told for last few months that my request is under process but nothing has been done till date.
Now, i am not able to contact the customer care as nobody is answering my calls. Kindly resolve my issue and credit my refund amount as early as possible.
