I ordered two Kurtis from alizeh collective and done prepaid payment.they send me the Kurtis in one week.but the product that I received was totally different from what I ordered.after send them the pic of
Wrong kurti and they told me that they will arrange return/pickup within 10 days.after that message,they didn’t message me about the the status of my order.i called them several them several times,but they didn’t pickup my call.pls help me out regarding this issue.i transferred ₹ 3590 .it was not a small amount .I am very tensed that i have done a mistake.
