I ordered a purple color medium size dress from instagram page name Afreen collection but they deliver green color XL size dress poor quality dress. When i messaged them to exchange it, they didnt respond but when i told them that i will complain then they replied and said they will give customer care number for exchange but then they just vanished , not replying to my messages and not giving customer care number. I ordered purple colour chikankari kurta set from (palak fashion) when I found that was totally different from real when I massage them for return this thay were saying return ho jaega bt now they are not answering me one month passed but no response from them they are not answering my MSG not answering my phone calls I want my money back 1800 rs please help me I got your address from my order packet that I ordered from ( palak fashion )

Above posted complain is true because I also got fraud by this seller through Instagram purchasing this seller created Instagram account at the name of noor lehenga and shows totally different products instead of dispatched products and never refund or return kindly aware of this seller and if any body can take action against him pls do quickly.
I had ordered a powder blue colour cotton chickenkari Kurti with same
Colour Plazo in small size on 5 th junefrom Instagram page named Blue Fashion. I received entirely different product large size in different colour light blue kurti with white Plazo used and old product with stains on sleeves. I tried to contact on given no multiple times since yesterday but it’s switched off. I also wrote a mail to them.
