Dear madam/sir,

I paid Rs449/- for a saree on 23th September 2020 and also received a confirmation mail for the payment. But till today I have not received my saree. Actually this allurestyle company’s advertisement I saw in the facebook and in good faith I paid the amount.

Here I would like to submit that repeatedly I have sent mail to the said allurestyle company for not delivering me the saree on 30th September, 3rd October and 11th October 2020 but in vain. Then I checked in facebook site and found in the comment section that many people have booked saree and paid online to this allurestyle company and also mentioned that it is a fake company and doing fraud with general public.

Therefore I sincerely request to take necessary action against this fake company for doing fraud with general public and customers and earning large amount of money fraudulently. I also humbly request to kindly return me back my amount of Rs499/-
