Dear Sir,

I had purchased 10 tickets in SUper Saver Metro Deal @ INR 26999/- on 18th Oct’2017..
Of the 10 tickets, Alpfly has issued only 1 ticket in Nov’17.. Since then, every month they have given a “Regret” message from Dec’17 onward till July’18..

Now there is no touch point to contact.. No Number, no emai id.. This is going since Apr’18 onwards.. Alpfly is not returning my money even..

They have cheated with my money .. Kindly help in getting my refund..
