I have many packages delivered by Amazon trucks—NOT UPS or FexEx—that are left in insecure locations, some damaged by rain. I do have my preferences set for delivery on my front porch—NOT the driveway & NOT side steps. We have had things stolen!
Today, 8/28/2022, approximately 3:45 pm, my husband witnessed an Amazon driver, truck #S22, leave a package in our driveway in front of the garage. In addition, Amazon.com shows that the package was delivered yesterday. It was not.
It is strange that Amazon drivers are the ONLY delivery drivers that have this problem. I NEVER have problems with UPS, FedEx, USPS, or DHL. Amazon, hire better quality employees & hold them to standards!!
I realize that I am just one, VERY FREQUENT customer, but perhaps enough complaints will make a difference. The Better Business Bureau will be notified next.
