I complained via chat the other day, I am in a wheelchair, so have put on the delivery insstructions that I need extra time to answer the door, but every time the drivers knock on the door and dump the parcel on the floor and drive off before I get chance to get to the door, Y was told it would not happen again, but the same thing happened tonight a nd it as a heavy parcel so I had to get someone to come and more it, so I am not happy with the service after being told it would not happen again, I feel the I should recieve some sort of compensation for all the hassel, kooking forward to your anwser asp
