today July 18, 2023 at @ 2:15 pm in the Bronx zipcode of 10456, driver attempted to deliver package. I got there at 2:19 saw him and asked if i could have my package. He said he had to finish his load so i waited 20 minutes. He returns to the amazon van licence plate 75549-NB in and starts to drive off. I asked him again for my package and he refused. I had an amazon customer service rep on the phone. There was nothing she could do. I needed this package for a class tomorrow and this driver refused to just give me the package. I love amazon and have NEVER had an issue like this, but this driver was blandly rude and mean for no reason.
