Consistently I am held up for up to 5 full minutes by Amazon drivers. And always a wide open clearing where they could easily have pulled into instead of holding up a line of traffic. It’s not just once or twice. It’s frequently and every time it’s for an extended time, it’s your drivers. It would be as simple as making it policy to pass a parking test before clearing them to drive in the city.
