Made a purchase. In description it says Free returns. I was charged for shipping back. Was dismissed and hung up on by 2 different customer service employees. I was not informed of any shipping charges when I requested return. The products I bought made both my dogssick so naturally I’m not keeping them. But it clearly says FREE RETURNS and I was charged
