I ordered Xiomi Note 3 from amazon on 2nd october when company running promotion. At that time if I ordered it using HDFC card from Amazon Application I am eligible for 15 % cashback. I ordered it from Lenovo A6000 Plus Android Amazon Application. After placing order I called Amazon to confirm from where I ordered as it is not showing anywhere from where the ordered placed, Amazon agent replied that we don’t have any option to check that. Now they are telling me that you have ordered from site and you are eligible for 10 % cash back only. With this kind of process they are cheating indian customers.
Please make some rule or stopped this king of promotion for online sites to stop cheating customers or show customers in real time that from where order placed.
