I ordered an Amazon Fire Max 11 with the keyboard and stylus under a deal for my son’s birthday. When I gave it to him, he noticed two keys (the A and S keys) were not working. I tried initiating an exchange through the app but couldn’t find an option, so I called. I was then told that they would have to refund me the money for the keyboard and I would just have to order another keyboard. The refund amount was around $48 because it was discounted but the current price was $90 … I was offered no other alternative despite pointing out how incredibly unfair it sounded that becasue they sold me a defective product the first time, it would cost me more money. When I asked to talk to a supervisor I was hung up on.
